28 Day & Night Weight Loss Program
Okay, so there are a lot of these tea-tox type things going around at the moment, and if I’m honest I’ve tried most of them with no success.
But when I saw that there is now a ‘skinny’ coffee program I had to try it! Because of course… everything will be completely different! Well, at least thats what my inner chub wanted to believe.
So, lets get down to it shall we?
Does it work?
Well, its a matter of opinion if in honest. Have I lost weight? No. But is that because the coffee doesn’t work, or because I can’t seem to stop eating everything that I shouldn’t?
I want to be fair to the product, and if I’m 100% honest with not just you guys but also myself… I probably should have tried a little harder to at least eat remotely healthy whilst testing this out.
So although I can’t speak for the weight-loss aspect, I am please to share that I do think it had some positive effects. Even with my ridiculously bad diet!

Ever since I can remember, I’ve struggled with maintaining a healthy bowl. Im not really sure why, I should probably get it checked out to be honest. Since drinking this coffee (once in the morning and once at night) my general bowl health has seemed to improve. Its actually pretty consistent! (I warned you about the TMI…)
So long story short… Does it help you lose weight? Well I don’t know, but from my experience I imagine it would if you ate like a normal human being and not like a starved rabid animal.
Overall I’m pretty pleased with the results I got, considering I literally put zero effort into even trying to lose weight! I guess the real achievement for me is that I didn’t gain any weight?
