Recently I was invited along to a fun day out of sight seeing and product discovery with Woods of Windsor. Unfortunately my anxiety got the better of me so I didn’t make the event, but Woods of Windsor kindly still sent me over some of their products to try out for myself.
They sent me over a little variety of products to try including some bath and body bits, and of course a cheeky little bottle of fragrance too.
My first thought was how pretty the packaging is! Definitely gives off the classy British vibe and feels quite expensive.
The different fragrances available are also to die for! Im especially loving the blackberry and thyme scent from the hand cream they sent over.
Included in the package was a dusting powder, which took me a minute to work out what to do with it. I figured its a fancy talc powder of sort, far beyond what I’m used to using lol. None the less, I’ve been using it and actually really enjoy dusting a little of this on my body after a shower in the evenings. The lavender scent helps you drift off to sleep too which is amazing, as I really struggle to get to sleep a lot of the time.
Another favourite of mine is the intensive hand balm. My hands can get pretty dry and crusty (eww, I know…) so this stuff has been a life saver! I really enjoy rubbing it into my cuticles too to keep them soft and smooth.
The fragrance is lovely, not the kind of scent id usually choose for myself but I still really like it. I was sent the Lilly of the Valley EDT, which if you like floral scents you will love! Im more of a sweet or woody smell kind of girl, so this isn’t one I will reach for a lot, but doesn’t take away from how nice it is. I really love the bottle too, it looks super classy on my perfume shelf!
And lastly there are the bath products. Ive popped the hand cleanser in my guest bathroom so people thing im fancy when they visit, along with one of the soap bars lol. The shower gel is a firm favourite and even my husband has been loving using it!
Once again, the fragrances smell amazing and really do give you that upper class British vibe.
The products are all really nice, and I love that they are a proper British brand too!
The brand has a luxe feel to it but at a pretty affordable price, which is another thing I love. The fragrance being the most expensive item at only £18!
If you love a British brand and are into your floral scents then these are worth picking up and try for yourself.
They also make a great gift as the packaging is absolutely beautiful!
You can shop the whole collection on their website, where at the moment they have 20% off!
Until next time…
